Hampshire is currently under construction, with our first residents expected to move in during March 2027.

Hampshire offers thoughtfully designed one and two-bedroom apartment residences. Our one-bedroom apartments feature approximately 945 square feet, while our two-bedroom apartments offer approximately 1,155 square feet of living space.
Our residences feature quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, soft-close cabinetry, full-size washers and dryers, luxury vinyl plank flooring in living areas, and plush bedroom carpeting. Select residences also offer private patios and additional natural light.
Our community features a pool and cabana, outdoor grilling area, secluded park, dog park, onsite management and maintenance, and an EV charging station.
Yes! Hampshire welcomes dogs and cats. A nonrefundable pet fee of $350 applies to the first pet and $250 for a second pet, along with a monthly pet fee of $20 per pet. Requests for other types of pets will be reviewed individually. Assistance animals are handled separately in accordance with applicable fair housing requirements.
Yes! High-speed internet is included with rent, along with a Spectrum streaming package featuring Disney+, Hulu, Paramount+, ViX, AMC+, Peacock, and HBO Max.
Yes! Each residence includes a full-size washer and dryer

Yes! Hampshire has onsite management and maintenance staff available to assist residents.
Yes! Hampshire offers an onsite EV charging station.
Hampshire is located at 2650 Frederick Road in Opelika, Alabama, near TigerTown and Interstate 85, with convenient access to Auburn and Downtown Opelika.
Yes! Hampshire is a Weissinger family property, locally owned and managed by a team with deep roots in the Auburn-Opelika community.
